Add a layer and write the text in black. (layer 1)
Now add a new layer and write the text again with any color above the other text. (layer 2)
Choose layer 1 and go to effect-blur-Gaussian blur and adjust it to 2.


Add a layer and write the text in black. (layer 1)
Add a new layer and write the again with any color above the other text (layer 2)
Now choose layer 1 and go to effect-stylize-outline and adjust thickness to 1 and Intensity to 85.


Add a layer and write the text in black. (layer 1)
Add a new layer and write the again with any color above the other text (layer 2)
Go to layer 1 and then go to effects-blurs-fragment and then adjust fragment count to 5 and distance to 22. Rotation just have to be 0,00.
