How to make a texture in paint.NET

• Paint your layer black
• Go to effect-noise-add noise
• Adjust Intensity to 45, Color saturation to 0 and Coverage to 38,15
Now it should look like this:


• Add a new layer – Choose the pencil and make some lines:


• Now go to effect-distort-twist and adjust:
