• Go to auto-level
• Now go to hue/saturation and adjust saturation to 152
• Go to brightness/contrast and adjust brightness to 5 and contrast to 42.
• Duplicate your layer and go to Gaussian blur and adjust it to 2.
• Now erase the eye, mouth, and underneath the nose on the top layer which has the Gaussian-blur effect.
• Flatten layer
And you’re finished ^^
