• Go to effects-noise - reduce noise and adjust radius to 24 and Strength to 1,00
• Go to brightness/contrast and adjust brightness to 8 and contrast to 39
• Add a layer and fill it with #88BBD3. Go to layerproperties and choose colorburn and opacity has to be 100.
• Add a layer again and fill it with # D1D1D1. Go to layerproperties and choose Additive and opacity to 100.
• Add a new layer and fill it with # 68BDFF. Go to layerproperties and choose Colorburn and opacity to 225.
