• Go to Auto-level
• Now go to hue/saturation and adjust saturation to 154
• Mark and copy a little piece of your base like this:

and add a new layer with this and choose where you want it to be.
• Duplicate this layer with the little “picture” and go to Glow. Adjust radius to 10, and Brightness and contrast to 100.
• Now flatten all the layers to one.
• Add a new layer and fill it with #9C99FF. Go to layerproperties and choose Color burn and adjust 100 on opacity.
• Add a new layer and fill it with #FF267C. Go to layerproperties and choose Lighten and adjust 100 on opacity.
• Add a new layer and fill it with # FFDD77. Go to layerproperties and choose Darken and adjust 100 on opacity.
• Add a new layer and fill it with #8CEDFF. Go to layerproperties and choose Color burn and adjust 186 on opacity.
