• Go to hue/saturation and adjust saturation to 200
• Go to layerporperties and adjust blending mode to lighten.
• Add this as a new layer:

Go to layerproperties and set the blending mode to glow and opacity to 84
• Duplicate your first layer. The base. And add it to the top. Go to hue/saturation and set saturation to 156.
• Now go to layer properties and set the opacity to 169
• Add this mask at last:
